In the 4th edition of the LinkedIn Top Companies list for 2019, Grupo XP (XP Inc.) made its first appearance in the rankings, securing the 4th spot overall among the 25 companies where Brazilians dream of working!
Organic Lead Generation
At Pismo, with the launch of the ATS Greenhouse, we broke records, generating 618 leads in just 18 days in April 2022. This surpassed our previous record of 536 leads, demonstrating the attraction power of our enhanced strategies.
Meanwhile, at SumUp, I achieved an impressive 70% increase in organic candidate acquisition in just one year, proving the power of a well-articulated Employer Brand.

From C-Level Positions to Processes with Over 35,000 Applicants
Bias-Free Recruitment
I was a pioneer in applying an equitable recruitment methodology by eliminating traditional barriers such as the status of certain universities, specific degrees, age, and location restrictions. This strategy not only maintained the integrity and quality of our recruitment process but also caused the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of our executive stakeholders to leap from an impressive 78 to a remarkable 92*.
Rebranding
I led the rebranding of Grupo XP, culminating in the launch of 'XP Inc.' through a strategic collaboration with Ana Couto, an authority in Branding/Rebranding.
I demonstrated swift and impactful closing skills, successfully securing key positions in a single quarter, including a Chief Product Officer (CPO), a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and four crucial Business Managers.
I also led Internship and Trainee selection processes that exceeded 35,000 applications.
Diversity as a Priority Agenda
I founded and led Diversity Committees in my last three companies, coordinating activities from awareness initiatives to campaigns and selection processes with inclusive positions dedicated to marginalized groups.
I spearheaded and executed a multifaceted transformation of the career website, evolving from a single page to a comprehensive platform tailored to different personas. I led this project, crafting the narrative as its copywriter and directing four impactful videos that vividly conveyed the core values of XP Inc.
In the 1st month following the launch, user engagement skyrocketed by 320%.
The average session duration on the page tripled, reflecting heightened user interest.
Our video series amassed over 125,000 views, amplifying our brand's story.
